From planning to delivery of the Rugby World Cup, Platinum Gate Security were professional, competent and trustworthy. Dave and his team welcomed us to observe, critique and adapt the security operation at Sandy Park and work hand in hand with the RWC team in planning and delivering the security operation at the stadium. On the Estate we have employed Platinum Gate Security for several years. The Estate comprises a very large car park leading to a popular beach. it also has a river with moorings and various properties around and about.
Platinum provide security throughout the summer season on a nightly basis.
The guards not only check cars entering the estate but do regular patrols of all the facilities. They keep records of any events which might occur and deal with any situation which might demand their attention.

The Exeter Businesses Against Crime (EBAC) partnership decided in autumn 2012 to employ the services of a qualified security officer to help educate members on the use of the radio and how to identify and deter known, and potential, shoplifters operating within the city centre. Platinum Gate Security were given the two-month contract and proved so successful in this role that there were invited to continue with a six-month contract in 2013. The officers employed displayed a very high level of integrity and professionalism and the partnership will look in the future to once again make use of their services and I have no hesitation in recommending their operational effectiveness to all others.
Altitude was in its second year and as a family friendly festival , increasing capacity from last year, we wanted a security team that could tailor their service to our specific needs.
